Matildas: The World at Our Feet is a docuseries that goes behind the scenes of the Australian women’s football team as it prepares for the 2023 FIFA World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
The series chronicles the highs and lows – as well as the extraordinary teamwork, trust and the never say die spirit – as the squad looks to create history and leave an unrivalled legacy for football in Australia and abroad. This series will allow viewers the rare chance to meet captain Sam Kerr and her team away from the field and the headlines as they break through the barriers for women in sport.
